The collapse of the music industry left many musicians wondering what's next? Understory represents musicians in an innovative new way. Rather than focusing on record sales, Understory's focus was in media placement and touring — helping struggling musicians find their voice, and reward for their hard work.


COED developed an identity that could flexibly represent the gestalt of the many unique talents they help represent. By simply pasting their messaging over any billboard or pasted wall, the flyer wall image system leverages the equity of colorful and diverse gig flyers together, for a new and unique expression of the brand.
